New TipTap Email Editor — Replaced the previous email editor with a cleaner, more reliable rich-text experience. Variable insertion, formatting, and template editing are now more intuitive and less error-prone.

Voice & Video Improvements

• Eliminated "Dead Air" on Voice Calls — Voice engagements now pre-generate the bot's greeting so there's no awkward silence when the call connects. Conversations start immediately and naturally.
• Upgraded Voice Model — Switched to ElevenLabs Flash v2.5 for faster, higher-quality voice synthesis across all engagements.
• Smarter Error Handling — Transient network hiccups no longer kill an active voice engagement. The system now distinguishes between temporary glitches and real failures, keeping calls alive through brief interruptions.
• Background Noise Volume Control — Adjust the volume of background noise in voice steps for finer control over how realistic the call environment sounds.
• Video Room "Connecting" Overlay — Video sessions now show a polished loading state until the bot's voice is fully ready, preventing users from talking to a silent screen.
• Longer Idle Timeout — Voice and video sessions now wait 30 seconds (up from 15) before timing out, reducing premature disconnections.
• Mumbai Region Support — Voice and video agents are now available in the Mumbai (ap-south) region for lower latency in South Asia.

Engagement Management

• "Started" Timestamp — The engagements list now shows when each engagement started instead of "Last Activity," making it easier to track campaign timing.
• Saved Preview Target — Your selected preview target for SMS and email templates is now remembered between sessions.
