Privacy Policy
As security practitioners, we respect your privacy and limit the amount of analytics used on our site. In areas where we collect phone numbers or identifiable information, we allow users to opt in and will not contact you unless we have your explicit consent. We maintain as minimal data as possible to reduce risk — our approach is to remove records, data, and any other information we can, with the goal of retaining as little as possible.
Welcome to breacher.ai (the "Site"). This statement governs our privacy policies with respect to users of the Site ("Visitors") who visit without transacting business, and Visitors who register to transact business on the Site and make use of the various services offered by Breacher.ai (BBAC LLC) and Breacher.ai C-Corp (Delaware) (collectively, "Services") ("Authorized Customers").
"Personally Identifiable Information" refers to any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact, or locate a person, including but not limited to name, address, phone number, fax number, email address, financial profiles, social security number, and credit card information. It does not include information collected anonymously or demographic information not connected to an identified individual.
We may collect basic user profile information from all Visitors. From Authorized Customers, we additionally collect name, email address, phone number, and address.
In addition to our direct collection, third-party service vendors — such as credit card companies, clearinghouses, and banks providing credit, insurance, or escrow services — may also collect this information. We do not control how these third parties use such information, but we ask them to disclose how they use personal information provided to them.
We use Personally Identifiable Information to customize the Site, make appropriate service offerings, and fulfill buying and selling requests. We may contact Visitors and Authorized Customers in response to specific inquiries or to provide requested information related to the subject matter of the Site.
Personally Identifiable Information about Authorized Customers may be shared with other Authorized Customers who wish to evaluate potential transactions. We may share aggregated, non-identifying demographic information with affiliated agencies and third-party vendors. We also offer the opportunity to opt out of receiving information or being contacted by us or any agency acting on our behalf.
Breacher.ai has entered into and will continue to enter into partnerships with a number of vendors. Such vendors may access certain Personally Identifiable Information on a need-to-know basis for evaluating service eligibility. Our privacy policy does not cover their collection or use of this information.
Personally Identifiable Information collected by Breacher.ai (BBAC LLC) is securely stored and not accessible to third parties or employees except as indicated in this policy. Access is limited to a small number of qualified employees who are issued a password for access.
We audit our security systems and processes on a regular basis. Sensitive information such as credit card numbers is protected by encryption protocols. While we take commercially reasonable measures to maintain a secure site, electronic communications and databases are subject to errors and break-ins, and we cannot guarantee or warrant that such events will not take place.
A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor's computer, and that the visitor's browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. We use cookies to obtain information about the preferences of our Visitors and for security purposes — for example, automatically logging out Authorized Customers after 10 minutes of inactivity.
You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, some portions of our Service may not function properly. Our service providers may also store cookies on your computer when you visit. Visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to refuse cookies before using breacher.ai.
Breacher.ai (BBAC LLC) uses login information — including but not limited to IP addresses, ISPs, browser types, browser versions, pages visited, and date and time of visit — to analyze trends, administer the Site, track user movement and use, and gather broad demographic information.
Visitors and Authorized Customers may opt out of receiving unsolicited information from or being contacted by us and/or our vendors and affiliated agencies by responding to emails as instructed, or by contacting us at support@breacher.ai.
Visitors and Authorized Customers may also contact us to update or correct any inaccuracies in their Personally Identifiable Information. We provide a mechanism to delete/deactivate Personally Identifiable Information from our database; however, because of backups and records of deletions, it may be impossible to delete an entry without retaining some residual information.
Our Service does not address children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately. We will delete such information from our servers promptly upon confirmation.
We will disclose Personally Identifiable Information in order to comply with a court order, subpoena, or a request from a law enforcement agency. We will also disclose such information when reasonably necessary to protect the safety of our Visitors and Authorized Customers.
We will notify Visitors and Authorized Customers of changes to our privacy policy by posting such changes on the Site. If changes may cause disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information that a Visitor or Authorized Customer has previously requested not be disclosed, we will contact them directly to allow them to prevent such disclosure.
