OSES for MSSPs: White-Label Deepfake Simulation - Breacher.ai

OSES for MSSPs

Multi-tenant, white-label, and benchmarked across your whole book.

Deliver orchestrated social engineering simulation under your own brand: deepfake voice and video, agentic follow-up across email, SMS, and chat, behavior training generated from what the engagement actually found, and a re-test that proves the change. Nothing installs in the client environment, so the longest pole in your deployment disappears.

Breacher really impressed us. They ran highly effective, targeted simulations using convincing deepfake audio and video of our CEO. This exposed vulnerabilities that were strengthened in the same moment.

Platform capability

One platform, three stages, one dataset

Measure risk, train for what you find, prove it changed. The spine runs on a single dataset, which is what lets the third stage produce evidence instead of another report.

Measure

Orchestrated simulation against the client's real process, not a single message with a link in it. Deepfake voice and video open the sequence, agentic follow-up carries it across channels, and the finding is where the process gave way.

Deepfake VoiceVideo AvatarAgentic Handoff
Train

Secure behavior training built from the client's own engagement data, aimed at the process that actually broke. No generic annual module, and nothing your client has already watched twice.

Micro ModulesBehavior TrainingTargeted Delivery
Prove

The same sequence runs again and the delta becomes the evidence. Reporting is organizational, with no named individuals and no department leaderboards, so the conversation stays about process instead of people.

Your brand, your level of involvement

Take as much or as little of the delivery as your team wants to carry. Partners commonly start managed and move toward platform access as the practice matures.

Most Common

White-Label Managed

We run the engagement, your brand is on all of it. You keep the client relationship and the renewal while our team carries scenario design and delivery.

  • Your branding on every deliverable
  • Scenario design and delivery by our team
  • Board-ready reporting, no rewrite needed
  • Fastest path to a first engagement
Flexible

Co-Managed

Design the sequence with our team, then split delivery however it suits the account. Useful where your consultants already know the client's process better than anyone.

  • Joint scenario design
  • Shared deployment control
  • Custom report templates
  • Direct line to the engagement team
Self-Serve

Multi-Tenant Platform

Your own parent tenant with a sub-tenant per client. Your delivery team builds and launches sequences directly, with data separated between accounts.

  • Parent tenant and client sub-tenants
  • Role-based access for your team
  • Voice cloning and video avatar tooling
  • Portfolio view across the book
New

API and Webhooks

Drive OSES from your own portal. Create campaigns, track engagement status, and pull results programmatically, then surface findings wherever your clients already look.

  • REST API and webhook events
  • Programmatic campaign management
  • White-label reporting endpoints
  • Fits your existing ticketing and portal

The benchmark compounds

A phishing tool resets to zero on every engagement. An index does not.

Reselling a phishing tool
Four vendors, four sets of numbers
Click rates your client's board stopped reading two years ago
Separate suppliers for awareness, red team, tabletop, and deepfake work
Every engagement starts from zero, nothing accumulates
Findings that need reformatting before they are client-ready
Margin comes from labour, so it compresses the moment the client asks for a second year at the same price.
Standardising on OSES
One dataset behind the whole book
Measure, train, and prove running on the same engagement data
Deepfake voice and video included, not a separate line item
Every engagement adds to a sector benchmark you keep
White-label reports that go to the client without a rewrite
The more of your book runs on it, the sharper the sector positioning you can put in front of the next prospect.

What a client engagement looks like

OSES™ is Orchestrated Social Engineering Simulation. Whichever delivery model you choose, the client-facing shape stays the same, which is what makes it repeatable across a portfolio instead of bespoke every time.

01
Baseline
An orchestrated sequence runs against the client's real process, across the channels they actually use
02
Findings
Where the process gave way, what was escalated, and whether anything in the stack saw it at all
03
Training
Secure behavior modules generated from the client's own results and aimed at the step that broke
04
Re-test
The same sequence runs again and the change is measured rather than asserted
05
Benchmark
Position against the sector median, which is the part a competitor with one tool cannot answer

For your client this consolidates five programs normally bought separately: awareness training, red teaming, deepfake simulation, tabletop exercises, and orchestrated campaigns. See the simulation platform, the OSES Risk Index, or how the assessment is scored.

Built for the partner motion

If you already sell security services into a book of accounts, this drops into the practice you have rather than asking you to build a new one.

What makes this easy to sell

Nothing installs anywhere

Fully external delivery with no agent, no software, and no integration in the client environment. The security review that usually stalls a deployment mostly does not apply.

Deepfake is the differentiator

Cloned voice and video avatars are what your prospect has read about and cannot test for. It is the capability that gets you the meeting, and the one competitors are still describing rather than running.

Augment, do not replace

This sits alongside the red team, pen test, and awareness tooling your clients already own. No rip and replace conversation, which means no incumbent vendor fighting you on the way in.

Evidence the board accepts

Reporting is written for auditors and boards as delivered, covering what was tested, what failed, what changed, and where the organization sits against its sector.

Scenarios from live engagements

Sequences are designed from what is actually working in the field, including the chains that walk around link protection entirely, rather than from a template library.

Second-year story built in

Re-test delta and sector positioning give you something to sell in year two that is not simply the same test again at a lower price.

What clients say after an engagement

Breacher really impressed us. They ran highly effective, targeted simulations using convincing deepfake audio and video of our CEO. This exposed vulnerabilities that were strengthened in the same moment. Quite genius really.

Director of Information Technology, Government Contractor

Users were surprised with how good the Deepfakes were, I'm really impressed. Really crazy talking to a Deepfake.

IT Manager, Financial Services (UK)

I realize it's still early, but kudos to your group, this was fantastic. I think the entire company is already talking about voice cloning and the risks. It's been a huge win for us already.

CISO, Bank (North America)

The training was well-structured, clear, and provided valuable insights into the growing threat landscape associated with deepfakes. The content was relevant and up-to-date.

GRC, Manufacturing (EMEA)

Common questions

What am I actually selling?

OSES, which is Orchestrated Social Engineering Simulation. One platform that measures exposure with multi-channel simulation including deepfake voice and video, trains against what the simulation found, and re-tests to prove the change. For your client it replaces five programs they would otherwise buy separately: awareness training, red teaming, deepfake simulation, tabletop exercises, and orchestrated campaigns.

Can the platform be white-labeled under our brand?

Yes. Your brand goes on the platform, the reporting, and every client-facing deliverable. You own the relationship and the renewal. We stay behind the scenes unless you want us on the call.

Is the platform multi-tenant?

Yes. You get a parent tenant with a sub-tenant per client, role-based access for your delivery team, and data separation between clients. Engagement history and benchmark positioning are visible to you across the portfolio and to each client only for their own tenant.

Do our clients need to install anything?

No. Simulations run externally with no software installation, no agent, and no integration into the client stack. That is deliberate: it is the same position a real adversary starts from, and it removes the longest pole in the tent for your deployment.

Can we integrate it with our own portal or workflow?

Yes. A REST API and webhook events cover campaign creation, engagement status, and results, so you can drive OSES from your own portal, ticketing system, or reporting layer and surface findings where your clients already look.

Does this replace our existing phishing or awareness tooling?

It does not have to. OSES is built to augment an existing red team, pen test, or awareness practice rather than force a rip and replace. Partners who do consolidate usually do it later, once the client has seen that click rate and action rate are not measuring the same thing.

What pricing and contract models are available?

Flexible pricing with no long-term contract required. Revenue share, referral, and reseller models are all available, and pricing scales with the delivery model you choose rather than with headcount alone.

What support do partners receive?

Platform and delivery enablement, sales assets and battle cards, a demo environment, joint client calls when you want us on them, custom scenario design, and direct access to the team that runs the engagements. Deal registration runs through the partner portal.
