Agentic AI Deepfake Simulation: Quarterly Engagement Case Study

We recently launched a quarterly Red Team engagement against a multinational company to test user susceptibility to Deepfakes. The company is a financial services company with about 500 employees. We coordinated with both their IT team, people management team, and executive leadership. The Organization was concerned about corporate cell phones being vulnerable to Deepfake social engineering.

Our Red Team used Agentic AI and a Deepfake voice clone of the local Chief Operations Officer to test organization susceptibility to Agentic AI using a Deepfake Clone of his voice.

We introduced a scenario around corporate policy to check if users were vulnerable to Deepfake Social Engineering and clicking on a phishing link.

Breacher.ai Red Team initiated a phone call to a branch of the multi-national targeting each user with a phone call. Should the user answer, the Agentic AI bot would respond with a request and converse with the user.

A follow up SMS link was sent to each user after the conversation, requesting them to login and perform an action.

Users who clicked on the phishing link for the exercise were given on the spot custom awareness training modules tailored to the organization that can be completed in under 2 minutes.
